After submitting a request, you can follow its status step by step inside the app until the service is completed and the experience is rated.

Discounts such as coupon codes, weekly booking discounts, or longer-hour discounts may appear clearly before confirming the request.

Cancellation and Refunds

Any fees or expected refunded amounts are shown clearly before confirming cancellation so the customer understands the refund method and expected amount.

Any amount used from Tamenny Wallet is handled according to the request status and the refund policy inside the app.

Card refunds may require processing time depending on the payment provider and the issuing bank.

Use of Service

You must enter accurate information when creating a request, especially the address, service location, and contact details.

The app must be used only for its intended purposes, and Tamenny reserves the right to review unusual activity to maintain service quality.
